So, here's how your Ripley's Christmas Park ticket works. From buying it, all the way to walking in.
First, go to ripleyschristmaspark.com, and choose Tickets at the top.
Coming for one evening? Select Choose your night. That ticket's good only for the night you pick. Season passes have their own video.
Your tickets come by email, with a QR code for each one. Don't see it after a few minutes? Check your spam or junk folder.
At the entrance, just show the QR code, on your phone or on paper. Turn your screen brightness up, and staff will scan each ticket.
Can't find the email? No problem. Tap ORDER LOOKUP, at the top of the ticket page.
Choose Email, and type the email you bought with. Add the last four digits of your card, then tap Search Your Order. Paid with Apple Pay or Google Pay? The card number may be different.
And there are your orders. Resend the tickets to yourself, or download them.
Questions about your tickets? Just email ripleyschristmas@magictix.com. For anything else, call the park at 305-927-3440, Monday to Friday, 10 to 5.

A season pass works every night of the season, for one person. Here's how to add it to the app, before your first visit.
First, get the free Ripley's Christmas Park app, from the App Store or Google Play. Sign in with your mobile number, and the code we text you.
Next, tap Add a Pass.
Tap Add My Ticket, and scan the QR code on your emailed ticket.
Is the email on this same phone? Then tap Enter Code Instead, and type the 12-digit number under the QR.
Now, take a photo of the person who'll use the pass. Face the camera, fill the circle, and find good light.
No hat, no sunglasses, and not too far away. The photo can't be retaken in the app, so get it right the first time.
Enter the holder's name, phone and email. Then tap Save Ticket Details.
Remember: each pass goes on just one app account. Families add each pass separately, each with that person's photo. A parent can add their kids' passes on their own phone. At the gate, staff match the face to the photo on the pass.

Buy on the Ripley's ticket page at ripleyschristmaspark.com/tickets by card (Apple Pay or Google Pay where the checkout offers them). There are two kinds of tickets.

For one visit on the night printed on your ticket. It arrives by email, ready to scan at the gate. Military tickets: also bring the ID your ticket asks for.

Good for every night of the season, for one person. It also arrives by email. Before your first visit, add it to the Ripley's Christmas Park app with a photo of the pass holder (section 03).

If the payment doesn't go through, no order is created and no ticket is sent. You'll see a message on screen. If your bank still shows a charge and you have no tickets, contact us before you buy again (section 07).

You get one email for your order, sent to the address you used at checkout. It has a PDF with every ticket in the order, and each ticket has its own QR code.

- Use Order Lookup: open the ticket page, ripleyschristmaspark.com/tickets, and tap Order Lookup at the top. Enter the email you used and the last 4 digits of the card. A resend is the same ticket. It carries the same QR code, so your original email keeps working too. It doesn't create a second ticket.

Do this once, before your first visit, so you can show your pass in the app at the gate. Single-night tickets don't go in the app.

You're done when you've tapped Save Ticket Details with the photo, name, phone and email filled in. Bring the phone you used: at the gate, open the app.

Good to knowPara tener en cuenta
- One pass, one person, one app account. Once a pass is added to an account, it can't be added to another one.

- Families: add each pass separately, each with that person's own photo. A parent can add their children's passes on the parent's phone.

- Season passes can't be shared or transferred. The photo ties the pass to its holder.

If it doesn't work

- The QR won't scan because the email is on this phone: tap Enter Code Instead and type the 12-digit number.No puede escanear el QR porque el correo está en este teléfono: toque Enter Code Instead y escriba los 12 dígitos.
- "This ticket is already added." The pass is already on another app account, perhaps a family member's phone. Check that phone first. Your photoSu foto
Face the camera so your face fills the circle, in good light. No hat or sunglasses. Only the person in the photo can use the pass: staff match the face to the photo at the gate. The photo can't be retaken in the app, so get it right the first time.

Wrong photo, or the wrong person? Contact us before your visit with your order email and the pass number. We'll note it on your order, and our team will help you with the photo on your first visit.

Refunds and changesReembolsos y cambios
Tickets are non-refundable under the park's policy. Questions about your order? Contact the park (section 07).

- Bought the wrong night or ticket? There's no exchange button. Contact the park before your visit and tell us what happened.

- If the park does issue a refund, it goes back to the card you paid with. When it appears is up to your bank, and the refunded tickets no longer work.

- Single-night ticket: the QR code on your phone, or printed. Come on the night printed on your ticket.

- Season pass: open the Ripley's Christmas Park app. The pass holder must be there in person, because staff check the photo.

- A charged phone. Turn up the screen brightness to make scanning quicker.
